MASSAGE WORKS began in 1992 with hopes and dreams, a traveling massage table and a beeper. After moving through four different locations renting rooms in the back of other businesses, Robbi realized that she needed a place of her own, a niche just for health and wellbeing. She chose a cottage on Racetrack Road and was happy there for 12 years. When the cottage was going to be knocked down to sell off the property, she moved one and a half blocks down the street to Racetrack Plaza next to ACE Hardware. She has been very happy here for 16 years. We have tried to build a place that therapists love to be and clients feel comfortable in. Our office is an eclectic Zen theme of items that have been found in local shops or brought to Robbi as gifts over many years.
MASSAGE WORKS’ 6 therapists are committed to continuing education and constantly increasing knowledge to provide an excellence in therapeutic value to our clients. We continue to gain certifications that allow us to provide the most up to date therapies available. With therapeutic massage and skin care therapy we love to aid our clients in achieving their best selves. There is record of 31 years of continuing education to show that we are very serious in this endeavor. We have 95 years of education and experience shared between our therapists and we work together to meld this knowledge into a strong collective of growing, we raise each other up and hold each other accountable for excellence in service.
